We provide custom processing through local pork producers.  We are a custom exempt processing facility and therefore you must purchase your pig through a local producer which we would be more than happy to recommend!  We are typically booked 3 to 4 weeks in advance and do not process hogs throughout deer season, typically

mid-November through mid-January.

At Gentert Pack we slaughter pigs and cut the product immediately to ensure the highest quality product. We also double wrap all product in a heavy polyfilm pastic and white butcher paper.  The product is then labeled, dated, and clearly marked with the customer's name, ready for pick up.
