We provide custom processing through local beef producers.  We are a custom exempt processing facility and therefore you must purchase your beef through a local producer which we would be more than happy to recommend!  We are typically booked 3 to 4 weeks in advance and do not process beef throughout deer season, typically

mid-November through mid-January.

At Gentert Pack we allow our beef to hang 14 to 28 days to ensure the highest quality product.  Your meat cuts are vacuumed sealed for freshness.  The product is then professionally labeled, dated, and marked with the customer's name, ready for pick up.
